Course Description

This course by Ginger Unger is designed for residential agents or any person involved in commercial real estate at a
novice level. Participants will be able to grasp the concept of providing a LOI before going to a lease contract in a
commercial transaction. Agents will be introduced to Texas Realtors promulgated LOI forms as well as non promulgated
LOI formats utilized in commercial real estate lease transactions. Course will provide adequate information and direction
to ensure an agent will be able to draft a Letter of Intent with confidence.
